  • A-Check: Scheduled aircraft inspections with thorough certification
  • Certification Services: Professional certification assistance and regulatory compliance
  • Defect Rectification: Identification and correction of aircraft defects
  • Logistic Management: Supply chain and logistics support for maintenance operations
  • MCC Support: 24/7 Maintenance Control Center assistance

Acceptance of Terms

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nortek shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to our services, including but not limited to:

Our total liability for any claims related to our services shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service in question.

Termination

Dispute Resolution
